I am almost 9 months post postpartum and my body is holding on to the last 10 lbs of "baby weight". In the first half of 2011 I lost 30 lbs, and subsequently got pregnant that summer. It was very important to me to get to a semi-healthy weight before I got pregnant, so that I could have a healthy pregnancy.
